Leave ProSculpt clay in it's original package for maximum shelf life. Once you take it out of its original package its shelf life will be dramatically reduced. You may put it in a sandwich bag and that will help, but eventually once it has been exposed to air it will start to become firm. Good luck, Jack

But what kind of container? Would a plastic bag or container work? I've had clay before that gradually melted plastic, so I didn't want that to happen again. And since putting it on a paper towel would remove the oils, I was wondering what kind of container would be safe. Do you know of anything?

You may store ProSculpt clay in any cool place in you home, basement or refrigerator. ProSculpt clay does not have any water in it, so it will not freeze. If it is kept below 75 degrees it will have a shelf live of around 15 years. You must avoid allowing it to go above 80 degrees. Once it has gone above 80 degrees it starts it's curing process. That will reduce it's shelf life to less that one to two years. Please enjoy using ProSculpt, Jack Johnston, President of The ProSculpt Company

I'm new to this, and was wondering how to store my clay. Can you store it in any old container, or is there something recommended? Thanks!
