Hi! Sarah I bought the Santa"s Kit too. A I just pulled out about 12 inches or so of foil and starting crushing it diagonally," semi crush it softly" and I got about a ball the size of a tennis ball more less.I more or less eyed on it when Jack was holding it in his hand.Hope this helps you some!Hugs Mary

Hello, i brought Jack Johnston's Santa DVD and I want to make a 14" not 18" santa I already have the 14" body coming in the mail from jack. I was wondering how big should I make my foil armature for my head? The dvd shows my how to make one but not how big to make it. Thanks Sarah
