ProSculpt will cure at any thickness if you leave it in the oven long enough. The problem with curing for extended times is the potential for scorching the surface of the clay. In the case of your dolls, if they look fine then they likely are. We recommend curing heads for ten minutes at 275 degrees for every 1/4 inch of thickness. Call me know if you need any additional help.

Subject:Clay thicker than 1/4 inch...

I have been sculpting mini babies(none larger than 6 inches) for a while.... I have just read that the ProSculpt will not cure if the clay is thicker than 1/4 inches. In a class I took, we made the entire head of clay, resulting in a thickness of 1/2 -3/4 inches. All of them have been cured more than once at 265 for every 1/4 inch thickness(sculpt the back of head-cure, then the face-cure again, then the ears, hair, and genesis paints-cure a final time, sometimes curing the ears before applying the hair). Do you think that all of these scuplts are now under cured? I would think that after curing for several times, that even the clay inside is fine, but what do you think? I hate to think that these poor babies have been a waste of time... especially after following the instructions from a class(not your class-unfortunately!).
